Bugs and wrong moves in the content are the most useful thing you can send. If a puzzle looks wrong, say which one (the id is in the URL of the game). It gets checked against the engine and fixed.
Answers that already exist
- Billing, refunds, withdrawal: the terms of sale spell out the 14 days and what happens after them. Writing to us with your receipt works too.
- Deleting your account: do it yourself from Settings, on the web or in the app. It removes the account and everything attached to it. Ask here and it gets done by hand.
