Bugs and wrong moves in the content are the most useful thing you can send. If a puzzle looks wrong, say where you met it (a rated puzzle, a sprint, a lesson, or a scan finding, whose id is in its URL) and the position if you can. It gets checked against the engine and fixed.
Answers that already exist
- Billing, refunds, withdrawal: the terms of sale spell out the 14 days and what happens after them. Writing to us with your receipt works too.
- Deleting your account: do it yourself: Account, then Profile, on the web; Settings in the app. It removes the account and everything attached to it. Ask here and it gets done by hand.
